Google announced on October 13, 2026, that developers can build with Gemini 4 Argon through the paid tier of the Gemini API in Google AI Studio and Android Studio. Google AI Ultra subscribers can try the model in AI Studio and its Antigravity development platform. [1]

Google describes Argon as a model for complex, multi-step workflows, including software engineering, enterprise knowledge work and cybersecurity defense. Those capability descriptions come from Google; the announcement does not provide independent evaluations or evidence of real-world performance. [1]
