NVIDIA announced an expansion of its Isaac robotics platform on October 21, 2026, including new software, simulation resources and a humanoid reference system developed with Agile Robots. The Agile ONE SN combines NVIDIA’s GR00T robotics platform with Jetson Thor computing and is intended for humanoid research and development. [1]

NVIDIA says the system is scheduled to become available in early 2027. The announcement does not give a planned production volume, so the claim that Agile intends to make 1,000 to 2,000 robots in 2027 could not be verified using the supplied source. NVIDIA’s announcement is a company statement, not independent evidence of commercial deployment or performance in real-world settings. [1]
