How do I get access?

Which email provider does Outreach use?
Kronos Outreach connects to Gmail. The operator confirms the sender mailbox before using it for campaigns.
Can I bring my existing contacts?
Yes. Supported inputs include CSV files, manual entry, Google Sheets, and Apollo or CRM CSV exports. These are contact imports; native CRM synchronization is not currently offered.
How do follow-ups work?
Follow-ups use approved messages and configured business-day delays. Sending is subject to campaign settings, limits, and checks for conversation and suppression evidence. Follow-ups can remain held while you review a pilot.
Does saving a campaign send emails?
No. Campaigns are saved as stopped drafts. Message approval and campaign activation are separate steps; live sending remains subject to the configured sending controls.
