Account Deletion Process

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from any Kronos Teknoloji application, please follow the steps below.

In-App Deletion

Where available, you can delete your account directly within the app settings by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Email Request

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact our support team:

• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Details to include: Please include the email address associated with your account or your user ID to help us verify your identity.

Data Retention

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to our legal obligations. We may retain certain information as required by law, for security purposes, or to resolve disputes.
