You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party content and trademarks, content, features, and functionality created by Kronos Teknoloji for our applications, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Kronos Teknoloji and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content to provide and improve our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kronos Teknoloji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

HAMHAM and Google Maps

HAMHAM helps you discover restaurants and contact them directly. Restaurant availability, order acceptance, payment, preparation and delivery are arranged between you and the restaurant. HAMHAM does not process restaurant payments or operate a courier service. Feedback reflects customer-reported outcomes and does not independently confirm an order or delivery.

Restaurant discovery uses Google Maps Platform. Your use of Google Maps content is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service. See HAMHAM’s Privacy Policy for data handling.
