HAMHAM Privacy Policy

  • Scope: food discovery + direct ordering. HAMHAM is a food discovery and direct-ordering assistance app. HAMHAM does not sell food, process restaurant payments, employ couriers, manage delivery logistics, guarantee restaurant availability, confirm orders on behalf of restaurants, or control delivery time.
  • Anonymous account handling: Firebase Auth creates an anonymous customer account with a user identifier. HAMHAM uses that identifier to associate searches and contact feedback with your device session and to enforce abuse limits. No name or email is required for this account.
  • Location and food-intent search: With your permission, HAMHAM sends your device location and search text to its backend to find nearby restaurants through Google Places. Exact search coordinates are used for the request and are not stored in HAMHAM search logs. Searches using a configured pilot area store that area identifier. Search logs retain the query, normalized intent, category, tags, search radius, Place IDs, anonymous user ID and timestamp.
  • Google Places restaurant candidate handling: Live API querying via Cloud Functions.
  • WhatsApp/call contact flow: HAMHAM retrieves a restaurant contact number when you choose to contact it. The contact link opens an external service; your communication with the restaurant takes place there under that service’s policies. HAMHAM does not store the restaurant phone number, contact URL or message contents in its contact records.
  • Customer-reported confirmation and arrival outcomes: Stored as internal telemetry (HAMHAM-owned feedback data).
  • Internal telemetry for ranking: Contact method, attempt state, customer-reported confirmation and arrival outcomes, ratings, timestamps and user/Place IDs are stored in Firestore. These are internal HAMHAM signals, not public restaurant reviews. Aggregated scores support ranking and product improvement. Rate-limit records support abuse prevention.
  • Sponsored placement transparency: HAMHAM-controlled sponsored placement logic. Marked as Sponsored or Öne çıkan. No third-party ad network is verified.
  • Diagnostics: Release builds enable Firebase Crashlytics for crash and error reporting, including technical diagnostic data, the build mode and the anonymous user identifier. Debug and isolated local test modes do not enable release crash collection.
  • Cloud Functions and backend controls: Handles all privileged/backend behavior.
  • Gemini food-intent normalization when configured: Gemini (when configured / not always active).
  • Deletion and support: You can request deletion of your anonymous account and associated HAMHAM data by emailing info@kronosteknoloji.com.tr. Include the support identifier shown in the app’s privacy and usage screen so we can locate your records. Requests are handled through support; sending an email does not automatically delete data. Data required for security or legal obligations may be retained where applicable.
  • Data retention: HAMHAM keeps data only as long as needed for MVP operation, ranking, debugging, abuse prevention, support, legal compliance, and product improvement.
  • Children and minors: Not directed to children. The app is not intended for children and users under the applicable age should not use it without parent/guardian permission.
  • Security: Firebase Auth anonymous accounts, App Check, Cloud Functions, Firestore rules, backend-controlled sensitive writes, server-side Places/Gemini calls, no committed secrets, and rate/cost controls where practical.
  • International processing: Data may be processed where HAMHAM and its service providers operate, including Google/Firebase infrastructure.
  • Google services: Location and restaurant discovery use Google Maps Platform. Food-intent normalization may send the search query to Gemini when configured. Google/Firebase infrastructure provides authentication, backend processing and diagnostics. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • User rights and requests: Supported via support email.
