  • Scope: food discovery + direct ordering. HAMHAM is a food discovery and direct-ordering assistance app. HAMHAM does not sell food, process restaurant payments, employ couriers, manage delivery logistics, guarantee restaurant availability, confirm orders on behalf of restaurants, or control delivery time.
  • Anonymous account handling: Firebase Auth anonymous customer accounts for the MVP.
  • Pilot area and food-intent search: Verified by scope. User selects a configured pilot area. HAMHAM uses that with food intent to request live restaurant candidates through backend-controlled Google Places search.
  • Google Places restaurant candidate handling: Live API querying via Cloud Functions.
  • WhatsApp/call contact flow: Contact attempts opened via app, actual communication outside HAMHAM.
  • Customer-reported confirmation and arrival outcomes: Stored as internal telemetry (HAMHAM-owned feedback data).
  • Internal telemetry for ranking: Stored in Firestore, not public reviews. Used for ranking, debugging, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
  • Sponsored placement transparency: HAMHAM-controlled sponsored placement logic. Marked as Sponsored or Öne çıkan. No third-party ad network is verified.
  • Cloud Functions and backend controls: Handles all privileged/backend behavior.
  • Gemini food-intent normalization when configured: Gemini (when configured / not always active).
  • Account deletion and support requests: Users may request deletion through support until an in-app deletion path exists.
  • Data retention: HAMHAM keeps data only as long as needed for MVP operation, ranking, debugging, abuse prevention, support, legal compliance, and product improvement.
  • Children and minors: Not directed to children. The app is not intended for children and users under the applicable age should not use it without parent/guardian permission.
  • Security: Firebase Auth anonymous accounts, App Check, Cloud Functions, Firestore rules, backend-controlled sensitive writes, server-side Places/Gemini calls, no committed secrets, and rate/cost controls where practical.
  • International processing: Data may be processed where HAMHAM and its service providers operate, including Google/Firebase infrastructure.
  • User rights and requests: Supported via support email.
