Destek için bize yazarken telefon modelini, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümünü, sorunun kısa açıklamasını ve varsa hata mesajını paylaş. Uygulamanın gizlilik ve kullanım ekranındaki destek kimliğini de ekleyebilirsin. Şifre veya ödeme bilgisi gönderme.
Arama sonuçlarını göremiyorum
İnternet bağlantını ve konum iznini kontrol et. Konum kullanmıyorsan uygulamada sunulan pilot bölgeyi seç. Daha açık bir yemek adıyla tekrar dene; sonuçlar bölgeye ve restoran bilgilerine göre değişebilir.
Restoranla nasıl iletişime geçerim?
Restoranın sunduğu telefon veya WhatsApp seçeneğini kullan. WhatsApp seçeneği için WhatsApp uygulamasının yüklü olması gerekir. Sipariş, fiyat, uygunluk, hazırlık ve teslimat bilgilerini restoranla doğrula. HamHam kurye hizmeti işletmez ve restoran ödemesi almaz.
Hesabımı ve verilerimi silmek istiyorum
E-posta konu satırına “HamHam veri silme talebi” yaz ve uygulamanın gizlilik ve kullanım ekranındaki destek kimliğini ekle. Bu kimlik, anonim hesabını ve ilgili kayıtlarını bulmamıza yardımcı olur. Talebini destek üzerinden değerlendiririz; e-posta göndermek verileri otomatik olarak silmez. Güvenlik veya yasal yükümlülükler için gereken veriler, geçerli olduğu ölçüde saklanabilir.

HamHam helps you find nearby food and contact restaurants directly.
Email your device model, operating system and app version, a short description of the issue, and any error message. You can also include the support identifier shown on the app’s privacy and usage screen. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Search is not returning results
Check your internet connection and location permission. If you are not using location, select the pilot area offered in the app. Try a specific food name; results depend on the area and available restaurant information.
Contacting a restaurant
Use the available phone or WhatsApp option. WhatsApp needs to be installed to use that option. Confirm orders, prices, availability, preparation, and delivery directly with the restaurant. HamHam does not operate couriers or process restaurant payments.
Account and data deletion
Email us with the subject “HamHam data deletion request” and the support identifier from the app’s privacy and usage screen. This helps us locate your anonymous account and associated records. Requests are handled by support; sending an email does not automatically delete data. Information needed for security or legal obligations may be retained where applicable.
